Camilla Grobbelaar

Camilla, a creative and passionate educator entering her seventh year of teaching in Hong Kong, brings a wealth of experience to the classroom, having taught K- G3. With a strong belief in continuous growth, Camilla is always eager to embrace new initiatives and explore innovative teaching methods. Over the years, AI has emerged as a key area of interest, and she actively seeks ways to integrate it effectively and ethically into her teaching practice. Beyond the classroom, She is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She believes that the best way to learn and grow is through collaboration and a vibrant exchange of ideas, and she actively seeks opportunities to connect with other educators, share her insights, and learn from the collective wisdom of the teaching community.

Paul Gillespie

Paul Gillespie is an innovative educator with over a decade of experience in curriculum development, educational leadership, and international teaching. Currently the Grade 9 Level Leader at International School HCMC – American Academy, Paul supports collaboration and innovation among both students and teachers to achieve excellence. Paul presented at EARCOS 2023 on integrating AI-powered tools like Writable to enhance lesson delivery, support differentiation, and streamline grading processes. His session focused on leveraging ed-tech to address equity and access while empowering educators with actionable strategies. As a founding member of the HMH GenAI Educators Council, Paul contributes to shaping AI-powered solutions for the classroom, sharing success stories, and offering insights.
