As the Chief Operations and People Officer at Cognita Asia Holdings in Singapore, Gwen, together with other teammates from the Asia Executive Team, oversees 12 international schools across five countries in Operations, IT, Projects, Human Resources, and Health and Safety. Gwen is highly skilled in establishing cross-functional alignment, ensuring that diverse teams work cohesively towards shared objectives.
