Passionate about making your school accessible, safe and a nurturing place for all? Us too! If you work in learning support or are interested in inclusive education, join this community to forge conections and learn with others today. We are excited to meet and share best practice, learning from the wide range of experiences and expertise within our Cognita schools colleagues. By joining our community, we hope to explore topics and challenges that we all face across our wide spectrum of contexts and share practical, actionable advice on how we can further our inclusive cause. We don’t have all the answers but we’d love to share open dialogue and learn from each other, hope to meet you soon!

Emma Hickman

Emma is an experienced leader who has been working in the area of Inclusion for 12 years both in the Uk and Internationally. Currently working as the Head of Inclusion at St. Andrews S107 with a team of 20 people. She is a true advocate for inclusive practice and believes that every child should have the right to be successful.

James Clare

James Clare has been working in international settings for the past twelve years and currently co-ordinates learning support and pastoral care across EYFS & primary phases at a Bangkok school. He works with students, families and teachers in the aim of offering personalised, thoughtful and meaningful experiences in all areas of a student’s education – championing diversity and inclusion. He is excited to connect with others and grow this community.
